With academic qualifications including M.A., M.Ed., and a Ph.D. Dr. Satinder Bir Singh, has consistently demonstrated a passion for education and a drive for excellence.
With a teaching tenure of 25 years, 5 years as a dynamic Principal and 6 and half years as a proactive District Education Officer (DEO), Dr.Satinder Bir Singh, has been instrumental in shaping the educational landscape across six districts: Amritsar, Tarntaran, Gurdaspur, Kapurthala, SBS Nagar, and Fazilka. His visionary leadership and administrative acumen have earned him recognition as a transformative figure in each jurisdiction he served.
One of Dr. Satinder Bir Singh’s most notable accomplishments lies in his role as the State Coordinator for Enrolment, where his strategic initiatives led to a record-breaking 12.4% increase in State Enrolment for the year 2021-22. This achievement not only underscores his ability to drive positive change but also highlights his unwavering dedication to expanding access to education and fostering inclusivity within the system.

Binwant Bir Singh is a Computer Science Engineer with 9 years of experience in the Optical Fibre Industry. His professional journey spans across multiple fields, including marketing strategy and construction. Binwant Bir Singh has demonstrated his technical expertise through significant contracts with major companies such as Vector and Downer, where he played a key role in running IT upgrades. His proficiency in the telecommunications sector is further showcased by his contracting work in data cabling for Microsoft data centers in New Zealand, where he contributed to large-scale infrastructure projects.
As a business owner in the construction industry, Binwant Bir Singh combines his technical engineering background with strategic marketing insights, allowing him to bridge the gap between business and technology. His experience in both the engineering and business domains has made him a versatile professional, capable of tackling complex projects and driving success. With his extensive knowledge in Optical Fibre technology and his ability to lead projects in dynamic environments, Binwant Bir Singh continues to excel in both his technical career and entrepreneurial ventures, contributing to the growth of businesses in the telecommunications and construction industries in New Zealand.

Miss Savleen Gill, a dedicated Psychologist with an M.A. in Psychology and over four years of experience as a clinical psychologist, has established herself as a trusted expert in the field of mental health and psychometric assessments. Currently working at SAMARPAN Hospital, Ms. Gill has been instrumental in providing psychological services and career guidance to a diverse clientele, including students,professionals, and individuals seeking mental well-being support.
With her expertise in psychometric testing, Ms. Gill has successfully assessed and guided more than 1,000 students, helping them understand their strengths, interests, and aptitudes. Her deep understanding of psychological principles combined with her compassionate approach ensures that every assessment is tailored to the unique needs of her
clients. She excels in interpreting psychometric results and providing actionable insights, making career planning and personal development a seamless process for students and their families.
Beyond her technical skills, Ms. Gill is passionate about empowering young minds to make informed decisions about their academic and professional journeys. Her work not only helps students identify suitable career paths but also enhances their confidence and self-awareness.

Arushi Sharma
Associate
Arushi Sharma is an academic and mental health professional with a strong background in psychology. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), where she developed a keen interest in body image and self-perception. In April 2024, she co-authored a research paper titled “Constructing a Questionnaire on the Influence of Self-Perception and Social Perception on Body Image Among Young Adults,“ reflecting her dedication to addressing important psychological issues.
In addition to her research, Arushi presented a paper at an ICSSR conference titled “Revitalizing Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati Ji’s Legacy: The Pivotal Role of Women in the Arya Samaj Movement,“ showing her engagement with social and cultural topics. Arushi has also conducted psychometric testing for Edurise Enterprise, enhancing her skills in assessment and evaluation. She has been teaching at BBK DAV College for Women for the past two years, where she also provides counseling services to students, supporting their emotional and psychological well-being.
Arushi completed a clinical internship at Bhatia Neuropsychiatric Hospital, gaining hands-on experience with psychiatric cases and therapeutic techniques. Through her combined work in research, counseling, teaching, and psychometrics, Arushi is committed to fostering mental wellness and holistic psychological growth.

Kangan Arora
Associate
Kangan Arora is a psychology enthusiast with a strong blend of academic excellence, leadership, and community engagement. A postgraduate in Applied Psychology from Amity University, she has demonstrated consistent dedication to mental health advocacy through her roles as President of the Psychology Club and Coordinator of the Student Placement Committee. Kangan has conducted Mental Health Week workshops, participated in national-level conferences, and co-authored a research paper titled “The Impact of Traditional Indian Practices on Cognitive Flexibility and Emotional Regulation among Adults,” published in the International Journal for Multidisciplinary Research (2025).
Her diverse experience spans counselling, psychometric testing for Edurise Enterprise as an intern, HR recruitment, and teaching psychology at the senior secondary level. Beyond academics, she has actively volunteered with NGOs such as Manjil and Tera Aasra Welfare Society, supporting underprivileged children and individuals with psychotic disorders. A creative spirit at heart, she has exhibited her paintings at IAFA, Amritsar, and written for college magazines on positive mental health. Fluent in four languages and trained in stage fright management and psychological experiments, Kangan continues to combine empathy, intellect, and creativity in her journey to promote psychological well-being and meaningful human connection.
